Starer attended the Stop the Steal rally and entered the Capitol with the crowd. She appears to walk peacefully throughout the Rotunda and does not engage in any violence.
It appears Starer was pepper sprayed by police as there is a photo of a citizen at the rally rendering her first aid.
Please keep in mind that in the United States, every citizen charged with a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
