Case Status

Arrested 4/21. Initial appearance held 4/28/21. Preliminary hearing set for 9/7/21. Clark entered a plea of not guilty on 09/16/21. A bench trial took place on 1/30/23, and Clark was found guilty of all counts. His motion to dismiss count 1 was denied. His sentencing occurs 9/27/23 at 12 30 pm in Courtroom 14.
