Isaac Samuel Yoder

Yoder entered the Capitol dressed in colonial attire. According to authorities, “he described the situation appeared somewhat under control with law enforcement and people standing around.”

After taking pictures with people, he left the building.

Case Status

Yoder was arrested on 8/4/21. Released on personal recognizance on 08/09/21. He entered a plea of not guilty on 08/24/21 and on 03/15/22. His last status Conference was on 4/26/2022. As of 4/26, Yoder rejected a plea and the case is moving to trial. Jury trial occurs on 3/20/23 in Courtroom 15.
