Hayah was arrested on 8/26/21 and indicted on 9/9/21. Conditions of release were set on 09/13/21. On 09/13/2021 and on 03/03/2022 he entered a plea of not guilty as to all counts. Pretrial Conference set for 11/3/2023. Trial set for 11/6/2023.
