Simon self-surrendered on 5/5/21. Arraigned 5/12/21. Defendant entered a plea of not guilty as to all counts. On 05/13/21, conditions of release were set. On 10/15/21, he pleaded guilty to count 4. Sentencing hearing has been reset as a status hearing multiple times, last status hearing was 4/29/22.. On 4/29, he plead guilty to count 2. His plea of count 4 was withdrawn. On 8/12/22, he was sentenced 8 months incarceration followed by 12 months supervised release, and ordered to pay a $25, special assessment, $1,000.00 fine, and $500 restitution.
