David Rhine

Rhine is seen on surveillance walking inside the Capitol and is holding a flag and a cowbell.

He was stopped and searched by a police officer, who confiscated two pocket knives and pepper spray from him. Then he was flex-cuffed and ordered to leave the building.

The flex-cuffs remained on Rhine even when the police officer walked away. Someone in the crowd came to Rhine’s aid and took them off. Rhine then left the building peacefully.

Please keep in mind that in the United States, every citizen charged with a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
