David Antonio Ticas

Ticas posted an Instagram story about himself at the Capitol on Jan. 6th. (It was taken down by the site.)

He indicated he “was there to have my voice heard.” He appears to be filming and taking pictures on his cell phone, but there no evidence he engaged in violence.

Please keep in mind that in the United States, every citizen charged with a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
