Per Document #65 (indictment), Edward Badalian, Daniel Rodriguez and a REDACTED individual were in communications in the weeks leading up the January 6th expressing desire to arrive in DC a couple days before. The trio made their way to the Lower West Terrace around 2:40 PM. Daniel Rodriguez used some sort of electroshock weapon (that was given to him by another, unnamed individual) on a Capitol Police officer before members of the crowd broke through police lines and entered the building. At around 3:45 PM, the trio had entered the building through a broken window. Rodriguez and the REDACTED individual, while inside the building, allegedly damaged windows, furniture, doors, and allegedly stole escape hoods from rooms inside the Capitol Building.
