Daniel Lyons Scott

Scott (aka Milkshake)  is heard on video saying “Let’s take the fucking Capitol.” and another individual, most likely a Proud Boy member as well, responds, “Let’s not fucking yell that, alright?”.  Ethan Nordean then walks by and states, “It was Milkshake man, you know…idiot.”  Before the breach, Scott can be seen pushing 2 U.S Capitol Police officers backward.  He appeared to be one of the first to initiate contact with an officer in that area.

Please keep in mind that in the United States, every citizen charged with a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
