Arrested 8/23/22. Released on personal recognizance on 8/30/2022. Arraigned 10/06/2022, entered a plea of not guilty as to all counts. On 9/6/23, he was sentenced to 38 months in prison, 12 months of probation, and payment of a $100 special assessment. Leyden was also ordered to pay $2,000 restitution.
