Herendeen was arrested on 03/18/2021 and was indicated on 4/2. Arraignment held on 04/14/21, entered a plea of not guilty to all counts and placed on personal recognizance. On 12/17/21, Herendeen entered a plea of guilty to Count 2. Sentencing held on 4/1/2022, sentenced on Count 2 of the Indictment to serve a term of thirty-six (36) months of Probation with conditions of intermittent confinement and home detention; a special assessment of $25.00 and restitution in the amount of $500.00. Counts 1, 3, 4, and 5 dismissed on oral motion by the government. There was a probation violation hearing scheduled for 3/29/24 at 930 am virtually.
