Case Status

Ballenger was arrested was arrested on 8/9/21 and initially appeared in court on 8/12. Placed on personal recognizance bond on 08/12/21. Case #21-mj-00550 CLOSED on 12/08/21. NEW CASE #21-cr-00719: Entered a plea of not guilty as to all counts on 12/13/21, and again on 3/10/22. During a bench trial, Ballenger was found guilty of counts 1-4. Her sentencing occurs on 6/21/23 at 11am in Courtroom 23A.
