Case Status
Legros first appeared in court on 2/21/23 and ordered released the same day. Preliminary hearing scheduled for 3/14/23 at 1pm, virtually. On 3/20/23, she plead not guilty to all counts. The government says it will not arraign her until a competency exam is performed. After one year of waiting on the Burau of Prisons to address this, one has been ordered completed by 3/7/24. A status report is due on 4/5/23.
