Brittany Nicole Robinson

Brittany Robinson entered the Capitol with her husband, father-in-law, and brother-in-law. They appear to walk through the building but do not know where they are going.

They walked into the Speaker’s office lounge and then walked out. They cleared the building with the crowd after Ashli Babbitt was shot by Capitol Police Officer Michael Byrd.

Case Status

Robinson was arrested on 5/19/22. and appeared in court initially on 5/31. She was ordered released on personal recognizance. Indicted 7/20. During an arraignment on 8/5, she plead not guilty to all counts. The next status conference takes place on 1/5/23 at 2pm.
