Miller was arrested on 3/12/2021. Placed on standard conditions of release on 03/18/2021. He plead not guilty on all counts during an arraignment on 4/7. He later plead guilty to count 4. Sentencing held on 12/15/2021 before Judge Tanya S. Chutkan on Count 4: Defendant sentenced to 20 days of incarceration; no period of supervised release imposed. Special assessment of $10.00. Restitution in the amount of $500.00. Oral motion by government to dismiss remaining counts; heard and granted.
