Brandon Fellows

Social media and video footage show Fellows in the Capitol on Jan. 6th. He spoke with the press and said police were not hostile as he walked throughout the building.

Fellows connected with other men who were smoking and allegedly damaged Senator Merkley’s conference room. However, there is no evidence that Fellows engaged in this behavior or any violence.

Knowingly Entering or Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds Violent Entry or Disorderly Conduct.

Case Status

Fellows was arrested on 1/17/21 and initially appeared in court on 1/19. His last hearing was a bond hearing on 10/12. His motion for bond was denied and sealed. He was released on pretrial release conditions on 2/10/21, however was arrested again on 6/15/21 (reference document #30). On 8/31/23, a jury found him guilty of all counts. On 12/13/23, he was appointed with standby counsel. The sentencing in this case takes place on 3/1/24 at 10 am in Courtroom 2.
