Arrested 6/2/21. Indicted 6/4. Arraigned 6/23/21 and placed on personal recognizance. She entered a plea of not guilty as to all counts. Plea of Not Guilty entered as to Counts 1s-11s on 12/01/2021, and again on 11/14/22 to all counts of #38 Second Superseding Indictment. During a bench trial on 1/27/14, she was found guilty of counts 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 of the Superseding Indictment. On 7/14/23, Southard Rumsey was sentenced to 72 months of incarceration and 36 months of probation.
