Case Status

Griffith was arrested on 03/04/2021 and appeared in court for the first time on 03/09/21. He was released on personal recognizance the same day. During an arraignment on 4/7/21, he plead not guilty to counts 1-5. After a bench trial, he was found guilty of counts 2-5 on 5/15/23. On 9/1/23, he was sentenced to 6 months in prison, followed by 12 months probation, and payment of $70 in special assessments.
