Case Status

Johnson self-surrendered and made his initial appearance in court on 1/11/21. He was released on bond, per specific conditions. Status hearing was in DC on 11/8/21. On 11/22/21, he plead guilty to count 1. He was sentenced on 2/25/22 to 75 days in prison with credit for time served. Johnson was released on personal recognizance and was ordered to complete 200 hours of community service. He incurred a special assessment of $25, $500 in restitution, a $5,000 fine, and one year of supervised release.
