Social media photos and videos identify Honeycutt at the Capitol on Jan. 6th. There is no documentation showing he engaged in violence. Honeycutt states he left the building to eat lunch before violence occurred.

Honeycutt's motion for release was granted on 3/17/21, with specific conditions. On 3/1/22, he entered a plea of guilty as to count 1. Sentencing held on 5/11/2022, sentenced to Ninety (90) Days of Incarceration to run Consecutively with Term currently serving in Florida Case.
