Honeycutt was arrested 2/1/21 and appeared in court the same day. He later appeared for a detention hearing on 2/16/21, where he was ordered held without bond. Honeycutt's motion for release was granted on 3/17/21, with specific conditions. On 3/1/22, he entered a plea of guilty as to count 1. Sentencing held on 5/11/2022, sentenced to Ninety (90) Days of Incarceration to run Consecutively with Term currently serving in Florida Case.
