Gordon was arrested on 1/14/21 and appeared in court the following day. He was released on personal recognizance on 1/22/21. Gordon pleaded not guilty to all counts on 2/18/21. On 9/28/22, he plead guilty to count 4. Sentencing held on 2/24/2023, sentenced to 36 Months of Probation with 90 days of home confinement as a condition. Special Assessment of $10.00, Restitution in the amount of $500.00. Counts 1, 2 and 3 are dismissed on Motion of the Government.
