Uncharged Window-Breaking Conspirator Spotted in Separate Video with NO MASK (Photo Enhanced)

As AmericanGulag reported in an earlier post, plain clothes conspirators attempted to break through a window on the West Side of the Capitol Building.

While analyzing separate footage, shot before the incident above, AmericanGulag came across an instance in which this individual was not covering his face.  (See image below.)

The DOJ is still arresting non-violent protestors after a year; why has this individual and his co-conspirators not been identified yet?

Is there a reason the DOJ is avoiding these individuals?
