Arrested 1/13/21. Initial appearance held 1/19/21. Released on personal recognizance on 1/19/21. Arraigned 2/2/21 where he pleaded not guilty to counts 1-4. Pretrial release was revoked on 7/28/21. A jury trial took place from 4/7/22- 4/12. Robertson was found guilty on all counts. On 8/11/22, he was sentenced to 87 months in prison with credit for time served. In addition, he was ordered to pay a special assessment of $510 and $2,000 in restitution.
