Rep. Paul Gosar Blasts ACLU, Amnesty and HRW For Ignoring Inhumane Treatment of January 6th Political Prisoners

Reps. Matt Gaetz, Louie Gohmert, Paul Gosar, and Marjorie Taylor Greene held a press conference at the Department of Justice on Tuesday demanding answers from Attorney General (AG) Merrick Garland on the inhumane treatment of the Jan. 6 political prisoners.

Posting a portion of his speech to Twitter, Rep. Gosar specifically took aim at the American Civil Liberties Union, Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch for ignoring these political prisoners.

The press conference was ultimately shut down by screaming leftist protesters who loathe the First Amendment — and apparently, due process.
“Sadly, there exists two systems of justice in our country today: one for former President Trump along with those who support or don’t hate him, and the other for everyone else,” Gohmert wrote in a statement announcing the news conference. “What we are seeing now is harassment and persecution of Trump supporters, many of whom were not even in Washington, DC that day.”
