Mikhail Slye

Slye is captured from multiple angles on video grabbing ahold of and tossing the metal barriers outside of the Capitol Building.  He entered the building through the Senate Wing door area on the northwest side of the Capitol at approximately 2:56 and exited a few minutes later.  He reentered the building again through the Senate Wing door area at 3:05 and left at 3:35 pm through the same area. At times, he is pictured inside the Capitol Building wearing a baseball helmet with a facemask.
