Charged via criminal information 5/14 and arraigned 5/25 where he plead not guilty as to all counts. On 2/9/22, he plead guilty to count 5. On 5/20/22, he was sentenced to a term of 12 months probation, a $10 special assessment, and restitution in the amount of $500.00.
