Arraigned 3/2/21 plead not guilty to all counts of the information. Stepakoff plead guilty to count 4 on 9/24/21. On 1/20/22, he was sentenced to 12 months of Probation. He was fined $742 and ordered to pay a special assessment of $10.00 and restitution of $500.
