A superseding indictment was issued on 11/10/21. On 11/09/2022, defendant Joseph Howe was added into this case via the Second Superseding Indictment (doc #39). Entered a plea of not guilty to all counts of the 2nd Superseding Indictment on 11/16/22. On 3/17/23, the Jury Trial set to commence 5/10/23 was vacated. Status Conference set for 7/20/2023 at 1:00 PM before Judge Timothy J. Kelly.
