Case Status
Roche was arrested on 4/13/21 and had his initial appearance in the Middle District of Tennessee the same day. He was placed on personal recognizance on 04/27/2021. Arraignment held 4/12/22, he plead not guilty to all counts. Stipulated Bench Trial held on 3/10/2023, the Court found Roche guilty on all six counts. Sentencing held on 6/9/2023, sentenced to serve concurrent terms of incarceration of 18 months as to Count 1, 12 months as to Counts 2 and 3, and 6 months as to Counts 4, 5, and 6. He was further ordered to serve concurrent terms of supervised release of 36 months as to Count 1, and 12 months as to Count 2 and 3. Special Assessment of $180, and $2,000 Restitution.
