Mark Waynick and his son Jerry allegedly pushed against officers lined up by the barricades on the West front of the Capitol.

Both men were supposedly inside of the Capitol for 25-30 minutes.

Case Status

Waynick was arrested on 2/17/22 and appeared in court initially on 3/10. He was ordered released the same day. His preliminary hearing is continued to 2/7/23 at 1pm virtually.
