Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) called for a House Ethics Committee investigation of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) on Thursday for what Pelosi called the ‘verbal assault and abuse’ of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY). Pelosi, notorious for her dishonesty, claimed Greene confronted the young socialist outside the House chamber on Wednesday for supporting terrorists and ducking a debate on the Green New Deal.
Pelosi said the incident is a “cause for trauma and fear among members.”
Confronting a fellow member on their positions is now abusive according to Pelosi.
Democrats fear Rep. Greene because she is not your typical Republican who folds when the wind changes direction.
On Friday morning Taylor-Greene responded to Speaker Pelosi by calling for an investigation on leaving the US Capitol defenseless when President Trump requested National Guard to protect the US Capitol on January 6.
Pelosi left the Capitol defenseless.
After she was warned.
