Case Status
Luke Faulkner was arrested on 12/8/21 and indicted the same day. His arraignment took place on 12/14 but his counsel was not present. He was appointed a public defender On 2/9/22, a superseding indictment was issued. Faulkner plead not guilty to all charges. A joint status report was completed on 9/29. Afterwards, the government granted Massie and Faulkner "additional time to complete the paperwork." On 10/13/22, he plead guilty to count 4. Sentencing occurs on 1/20/23 at 9 am.
