Case Status

Arrested on 03/04/2021, charged via information on 3/22/21, and arraigned on 3/26. Stackhouse pleaded not guilty to all counts on 3/26. He remains on personal recognizance. On 2/4/22, he plead guilty to count 4. On 6/17/22, he was sentenced to serve 36 months of Probation, including "intermittent confinement" and "home detention." In addition, he was ordered to pay a $10 special assessment and restitution in the amount of $500.
