Dropkin was present at the Capitol on Jan. 6th. He was in the building for approximately 40 minutes, and followed the crowd as he filmed and photographed the events from his cell phone. It doesn’t appear he engaged in any violence.

Dropkin was arrested on 10/1/21. He appeared in court on 10/7. Dropkin waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was released on a personal recognizance bond. Plea Agreement Hearing held on 7/12/22, Dropkin plead guilty to counts 1-4. On 10/7/22, he was sentenced to 30 days of imprisonment, a year of supervised release, a special assessment totaling $70, and restitution in the amount of $500.
