Julio Baquero

Baquero and codefendant Louis Valentin entered the Capitol rotunda and remained in the building between 15-25 minutes. He said he took several photos and claims police helped him exit.

There is no evidence he engaged in violence, although he is accused of shouting and pointing at officers.
