Arrested / initial appearance on 1/7 . Indicted 1/27. Arraigned 2/11 and pleaded not guilty to counts 1-8. Defendant remains on personal recognizance. On 6/3/22, he plead guilty to count 2. On 8/29/2022, he was sentenced to 55 months of incarceration followed by 36 months of supervised release. Pruitt was also ordered to pay a $100 special assessment and restitution in the amount of $2,000.
