Joshua Munn

Joshua Munn traveled to Washington, DC with his family to attend the Stop the Steal rally. He is seen on surveillance walking into the Capitol and appears to be acting peacefully. His Facebook messages detailing the event say the protesters were non-violent, but that police were using tear gas on them inside the building..

Case Status

Munn was arrested on 7/13/21 and initially appeared in court on 7/19. He pleaded not guilty to all charges and was released. On 4/28/22, he plead guilty to count 4. On 10/12, Munn was sentenced to 36 months of probation and was ordered to pay a $10 special assessment and $500 restitution.
