Case Status
On 5/3/22, Horvath self-surrendered to the FBI. She appeared in court on 5/10 and was released. Indictment issued 5/27. During an arraignment on 6/3, she plead not guilty to all charges. She plead guilty to count 4 on 8/12. On 11/4/22, she was sentenced to 36 months probation with special conditions of confinement at a residential reentry center and home detention. In addition, she was ordered to pay a $10 special assessment and restitution the amount of $500.
