After leaving the building and re-entering, she was taken to the ground by an officer, on the grounds she allegedly had pepper spray.

Case Status

On 5/3/22, Horvath self-surrendered to the FBI. She appeared in court on 5/10 and was released. Indictment issued 5/27. During an arraignment on 6/3, she plead not guilty to all charges. She plead guilty to count 4 on 8/12. Sentencing is scheduled for 11/4 at 9 15 am in Courtroom 22A.
