Case Status

Jacob Garcia was arrested on 3/18/22. He was released on personal recognizance Garcia was indicted on 4/4. During an arraignment on 4/20, he plead not guilty to all charges. On 10/20/22, he plead guilty to count 4. On 1/26/23, he was sentenced to 24 months of probation, $500 in restitution and payment of a $10 special assessment.
