Green Beret and Political Prisoner Jeremy Brown Addresses J6 Rally Crowd from Inside Jail- Hear His Remarks and Surprise Announcement

Despite pretrial detainment in Pinellas County Jail for more than 90 days, Jeremy Brown is fighting back against civil rights violations. He still hasn’t received access to discovery documents informing him of the government’s evidence against him. This is because the since the jail provides him with limited facetime to connect with his lawyer.

Jeremy: “They are refusing to provide me with any access to evidence against me. They have illegally detained me and denied me bond so that they can keep me in jail. This allows them to restrict and monitor all communications, including this one. Something they could not do if I were free.

They are preventing me access to my legal team and inhibiting my ability to prepare for my trial.”

In cases before Jan. 6, defendants received laptops (paid for by the government) when they mentioned having limited contact with lawyers.  In Feb. 2021, a New York judge ordered Jeffrey Epstein confidant Ghislaine Maxwell access to a laptop from solitary confinement. The government balked at her claims she was being denied her rights.

When brought to the judge’s attention, the prosecutor stated that although “the trial date remains approximately six months away, the Bureau of Prison (BOP) was already affording the defendant access to a laptop for some 65 hours a week, and the BOP was further providing weekend access to a desktop computer should the defendant wish to spend more than 65 hours each week reviewing discovery.”

Brown attended the Jan 6th rally at the Capitol with the intent to provide security for event speakers before the group marched to the Capitol. He did not go inside the building, but faces 2 non-violent misdemeanor charges for trespassing.

Brown dedicated his remarks afterwards to his oldest daughter, tearfully conveying he felt a responsibility to make this country the best it could from the moment she was born. He concluded by announcing his run for Florida State House of Representatives. The crowd and Jeremy’s girlfriend Tylene were joyful and astounded.

Jeremy was prompted to run after incumbent Jackie Toledo did not return Tylene’s calls as a constituent concerned about his plight. He challenged Toledo to improve and exceed his expectations. Then-and only then- would he withdraw his nomination.

As the rally finished and police asked the group to leave 10-15 minutes early, law enforcement was working behind the scenes. Police apprehended 22 year old antifa agitator Garrett James Smith. Smith was running away on the opposite side of the building. A pipe bomb, flammable rags, and “direct action” checklist were found in a backpack on his person. Smith was released on bond-subject to home confinement and GPS monitoring.

Before their own eyes, people are seeing the rally’s core message. Jeremy Brown-who took an oath to uphold the Constitution- remains detained.  Garrett Smith receives bond. This doesn’t have to be another replay of what citizens saw last year.

Below are the full remarks from Jeremy’s speech:

Jeremy Brown:  …in the hands of Capitol Police that is now been revealed on video tape and is being argued by attorney Joseph McBride.  All these cases are what the FBI is trying to cover up.  These cases are why they don’t want me talking to you today.  These cases are why they’ve put gag orders and arrested people and are holding them in violation of their 8th amendment constitutional rights.   The woman that I helped in the video, and I don’t know her name and I don’t know if she’ll be willing to ever come forward but my experience in that situation was exactly the same as the experiences of Victoria White and Roseanne Boyland.  That’s what I saw, and that’s what I attempted to stop on that day.  And so these cases, and they’re not cases these are coverups, these coverups are why they are trying to silence me and others.  But this is exactly why God has specially selected and trained me well.  I am fighting for them, and I’m fighting for you.  If God spares me, so be it.  But if not, it will have been worth every second.  99 days into the most important deployment of my Special Forces life; and so I do have some prepared remarks and if you will bear with me it’s been quite an emotional 24 hours so if you hear a grown man cry it’s okay.

Thank you all for being here today.  Before I begin, first I would like to say; 19 years ago today, I became the happiest man on earth when I welcomed my first daughter, Morgan Elizabeth Brown, into this world.  Since that day I have never stopped loving her nor surrendered my fight to protect her.  No matter what this world has taught her, or told her, I will never stop loving her or her 4 sisters no matter what.  I pray for the day she understands that.  Please look around, look to your right, look to your left, look behind you, what do you see?  On October 1st, I was told a small group gathered here at the Pinellas County Jail to support me and protest the illegal actions of our federal government.  Maybe 10 or 20 American citizens, but definitely fewer people than the number of federal agents and law enforcement officers that arrived at my home to arrest me just the day prior.  If you don’t know why the FBI has arrested me, please go to our new website.  It just went live yesterday at jeremybrowndefense.com.

On December 5th,I was told by my team that approximately 85 American Citizens showed up on a Sunday evening to support me and protest my illegal imprisonment.  This is well over double the number of federal and local law enforcement that arrived that day.  Today, just one month later, and on the 99th day of my imprisonment, what do you see?  On this Thursday evening, what do you think the Federal Government sees?  Do those ravenous wolves that seek to devour our rights and our liberties, do se they see sheep gathering for the slaughter?

Crowd: NO!!!

Jeremy Brown:  Or, do they see the sheepdogs awakening to the sounds and smells of a dangerous predator?  Do they see, we are sheepdogs willing to give our lives to protect the flock.  Our fellow Americans.  In the musical Hamilton, there is a song early in that musical that captures the spirit of this very moment.  I personally recommend the entire soundtrack and I thank my oldest daughter Morgan for introducing me to this performance.  The song is “Story of Tonight”, and the lyrics go like this:

“Raise a glass to freedom,

Something they can never take away.

No matter what they tell you,

Let’s have another round tonight.

Raise a glass to the four of us,

Tomorrow there’ll be more of us.

Telling the story of tonight.”

Now, let me repeat those words again.  “Raise a glass to freedom, something they can never take away, No matter what they tell you, Let’s have another round tonight.  Raise a glass to the four of us, tomorrow there’ll be more of us.  Telling the story of tonight.”  Will you tell the story of tonight?

Crowd: (resounding) YES!

Jeremy Brown:  What will that story be?  Tomorrow, will there be more of us?  How many more?  I guess that will depend on us.  And who are us?  The Department of Justice and the FBI’s joint terrorism task force have described us as anti-government extremists.  Does that sound like you?

Crowd: No!

Jeremy Brown:  Wouldn’t that depend on the type of government they’re talking about?  I’m anti-communist, I’m anti-socialist, I’m anti-fascist, I’m anti-Marxist and I am anti-globalist.  There are all forms of governments, and may of the tenants of each of these are found in the laws that have been passed over the last century in America.  But America has a Constitution, and it is not, by law any of these forms of government.  We are a Constitutional Republic.  The Federalist form of this type of government means the 50 states have contractually given the limited Federal Government authority over aspects of law and order as it pertains to individual rights and issues between the 50 states.

We are not anti-government.  We are informed American Citizens that know and understand our God-given rights.  We are anti-tyrannical government.  We are pro Constitutional government, which derives its power from we the people.  Not one that wields its power over the people.  Constitutional government protects and preserves the life, liberty and property of the citizens through restrictions and limitation on its power as enumerated in the Bill of Rights.

In contrast, tyrannical government seeks power at all costs, and seizes it by any means necessary in order to kill, steal and destroy the life, liberty and property of the citizens for the sole benefit of the government.  I am opposed to the current condition and state of our government and I am sworn to an almighty God and duty bound to protect my country and my fellow American citizens against this evil tyrannical intrusion.  In my current Federal criminal case, this government has violated nearly every right of mine as defined by the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.  They have done so in writing under the claim that its in the governments interest.  The sole purpose and responsibility of the Federal Government is to protect the rights of citizens, not the interests of government.  This is enumerated in the opening paragraph of the Constitution, which as stated in Article 6 Paragraph 2, is the supreme law of the land.  It states, “The People, do ordain and establish this Constitution, to secure the blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our posterity.”  Therefore, no legal argument exists, or can be construed, that puts the interest of government above any right of any citizen.  Therefore, I will never submit or bow down to any unjust law, order or ruling that violates any aspect of my God-given Constitutional rights.  Because that power does not belong to prosecutors or judges, it belongs to We the People.

So, from my jail cell, I fight for liberty.  Not just my liberty, but the liberty of every American.  I fight against a tyrannical government that has every weapon and tool at their disposal.  At our expense I might add.  But despite their unlimited resources, they fear me.  I know this because rather than offering me a fair and public trial, they are using every trick in their book and their unrestrained power to cripple me and my defense against their false charges and my attempt to expose their corruption and involvement in the staging of the January 6th event.  They have lied to judges to obtain illegal search warrants.  These warrants have allowed them to manufacture fake evidence and false charges.  They are refusing to provide me with any access to evidence against me.  They have illegally detained me and denied me bond so they can keep me in jail.  This allows them to restrict and monitor all communications, including this one.  Something they could not do if I were free.  They are preventing me access to my legal team and inhibiting my ability to prepare for my trial.  They are denying me my right to face my accusers or to gather witnesses in my defense.

As of yesterday, they are attempting to shut down my fundraising by claiming an emergency because you have donated $52,000 in 99 days.  Their hearing likely cost more than $52,000.  $52,000 isn’t even enough to retain an attorney in this case.  I have been assigned one attorney in each case.  Each with relatively tiny staffs and a government mandated budget of no more than $12,000 per month.  So far, I have faced at least 3 U.S. attorneys in my Tampa case alone.  They have the entire resources of the DOJ, FBI, DOD and other agencies at their disposal.  They directly leak their narrative and selected evidence to the media by calling it “Official Court Documents”, while placing me under a protective order that violates my free speech, free press and public trial rights.

This unconstitutional order also prevents me from seeing the evidence against me or for me unless they supervise it.  Because they don’t want any evidence released to the public.  This is how scared they are of me.  But it isn’t that they’re scared of me, I’m merely a witness.  They fear the truth, and more than that, they fear the American people learning the truth.  Unfortunately for the FBI, I will expose the truth even if it costs me my life.  As Nobel Prize Winner Alexander Solzhenitsyn asked in his account of the Soviet Political Prison, the Gulag Archipelago, “If the people would have stood up and confronted the tyrants, would the pain of that time have been avoided?  The answer is yes.”  In one of over 100 letters I have received from supporters, one provided this quote from Montesquieu from the 1700’s, “There is no greater tyranny than that which is perpetrated under the shield of law and in the name of justice.”  This is what we face in America today.  And if we do nothing, it will be worse tomorrow.

What should really strike fear in the hearts of those attacking our liberties, are the words of Psalms 35, let me read those words,

“Oppose my opponents, Lord.  Fight those who fight me. Take your shields, large and small, and come to my aid.  Draw the spear and javelin against my pursuers, and assure me I am your deliverance.  Let those who intend to take my life be disgraced and humiliated.  Let those who plan to harm me be turned back and ashamed.  Let them be like chaff in the wind with the Angel of the Lord driving them away.  Let their way be dark and slippery, with the Angel of the Lord pursuing them.  They hid their net for me without cause, they dug a pit for me without cause.  Let ruin come on him unexpectedly, and the net he hid ensnare him, let him fall into it to his ruin.  When I rejoice in the Lord, I will delight in his deliverance.  All my bones will say ‘Lord, who is like you?  Rescuing the poor from one too strong for him.  The poor or the needy, from one who robs him.  Malicious witnesses come forward, they question me about things I do not know.  They repay me evil for good, making me desolate.  Yet when they were sick, my clothing was sackcloth.  I humbled myself with fasting and my prayer was genuine.  I went about morning as if for my friend or brother.  I was bowed down with grief like one morning for a mother.  But when I stumbled, they gathered in glee, they gathered against me.  Assailants I did not know torrent me and did not stop.  With God-less mockery they gnashed their teeth at me.    Lord, how long will you look on?  Rescue me from their ravages.  Rescue my precious life from the young lions.  I will praise you in the great assembly.  I will exalt you among many people.  Do not let my deceitful enemies rejoice over me.  Do not let those who hate me without cause wink at me maliciously, for they do not speak in friendly ways but contrive fraudulent schemes against those who live peacefully in the land.  They open their mouths wide against me and say, ‘Aha we saw it!’, you saw it, Lord.  Do not be silent.  Lord, do not be far from me.  Wake up and rise to my defense, to my calls my God and my Lord.  Vindicate me, Lord my God in keeping with your righteousness and do not let them rejoice over me.  Do not let them say in their hearts, ‘Ah, just what we wanted.’  Do not let them say, ‘We have swallowed him up!’.  Let those who rejoice at my misfortune be disgraced and humiliated.  Let those who exalt themselves over me be clothed with shame and reproach.  Let those who want my vindication shout for joy and be glad.  Let them continually say, ‘The Lord be exalted!  He takes pleasure in His servants’ wellbeing.’  And my tongue will proclaim your righteousness, your praise, all day long.”

Jeremy (cont.): Today, many political figures have used patriotic words, phrases, and slogans to impress you. Do not allow them to get away with mere words.  Some have been with us since the beginning and have shown fruit worthy of our support.  Some have yet to take action.  We must hold them accountable to do more than talk.  Demand they act, because we must judge a tree by its fruit.  With that said, let me add one more voice to that mix and I ask that you hold him just as accountable.

Today, January 6th, 2022, from the maximum security section of the Pinellas County Jail, I, Jeremy Brown, announce my candidacy for Florida State House of Representatives, the seat currently held by the invisible Jackie Toledo.  If elected, I will not accept any pay or compensation until our Constitutional Republic is fully restored.  I may even cut my hair…I’ll take a poll on that.  If I fail to win the Republican nomination for her seat, I will run in the General Election as an Independent.  If I cause a Democrat to win her seat, at least we will have an opponent that stabbed our liberties in the front rather than one who’s silence and lack of action allows our liberties to be stolen behind our backs.  Miss Toledo is free to begin standing up for the Constitution and the American Political Prisoners at any time.  If she does to my satisfaction, or the satisfaction of her constituents, then I will withdraw and I will support her.  However, she has already been given an opportunity weeks ago to meet with my girlfriend, and the silence has been deafening.  So, today, please direct all your questions to my Campaign Commander: Kathy Chamberlain.

I just learned her offer was accepted.  Always be careful of what you ask for [Kathy].  May God hear our cries for justice and liberty, and restore our once great republic.  De oppresso liber.  Liberty or death.  Thank you, and I love each and every one of you.

Crowd: Loud cheering/praise for Jeremy Brown.
