Barber was arrested on 3/3/2021 and appeared in court on 3/10. On 03/31/21, he pleaded not guilty to counts 1-5. On 12/16/21, Plea of guilty was entered as to counts 4 and 5. On 06/14/22, he was sentenced to 52 days in prison, 24 months probation, and ordered to pay a special assessments totaling $60 for both charges.
