Bishai was arrested on 3/16/21 and appeared in court on 3/22/21. He plead not guilty to all counts during an arraignment on 4/16/21. On 3/28/22, he plead not guilty again to all charges of the superseding indictment. A plea agreement hearing took place on 4/25/2022. On 7/29/22, he was sentenced to 14 days of incarceration, 12 months of supervised release and a special assessment of $25.00
