Schwartzberg self-surrendered to FBI agent in New York on April 20, 2021. Arraigned 6/3/21. Entered a plea of not guilty as to counts 1-4 on 06/03/21. Conditions of release were set on 06/22/21. On 03/04/2022, a plea of guilty as to count 4 (Parading, Demonstrating and Picketing in a Capitol Building) was entered by Schwartzberg. Sentencing held on 9/7/22, sentenced to 45 days of Incarceration. Special Assessment of $10. Restitution of $500. Ordered to self surrender by 10/18/22. Government's oral motion to dismiss Counts 1, 2, and 3 was heard and granted.
