Douglas Austin Jensen

When apprehended inside the Capitol and ordered by police to put his hands up, Jensen led the crowd toward an officer, forcing him to retreat. He chased the officer up a staircase until apprehended.

Knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority; disrupting the orderly conduct of government business; violent entry and disorderly conduct in a Capitol building; parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building; and obstructing a law enforcement officer during a civil disorder

Case Status

Jensen self-surrendered and was indicted on 1/11. During an arraignment, he pleaded not guilty to all counts. The next status conference is set for 11/30 at 2pm.
