Donald Hazard

Hazard allegedly posted videos showing himself at the Capitol. He also appeared in a video taken by the Washington Post. He and others in the crowd yelled at police officers from a distance.

Hazard entered the building and assisted someone in rinsing out his eyes with water. Then he briefly entered the Senate.

Hazard has provided the following narrative:

I was arrested on Dec. 13, 2021 for my role in the January 6th 2021 Capitol riot.

I was denied bond and was indicted on several felony and misdemeanor charges . I was blackmailed into taking a plea agreement on the assault charge or have to face the US government on several felony and misdemeanor charges. I was convicted of a 18 U.S.C.111 A and B assaulting resisting or impeding certain federal officers with significant bodily injury.

I was sentenced to 57 months of which I did just over 3 years. I was shipped around from jail to jail until eventually going to federal prison in Beaumont Texas. After prison I was sent to a halfway house in Baltimore, where I remained until Jan. 20 / inauguration Day when President Trump gave me a full and unconditional presidential pardon. I was released early in the morning on the 21st.

I rented a car and drove home to Texas where I remain to this day.

There was quite a bit that led me to Washington DC on January 6th, the antifa/blm riots of 2020, all the covid BS, the forced lockdowns mandates for vaccinations etc. And then they stole the election. For me that was the last straw and I knew I had to travel to Washington DC and attend the Stop the Steal rally on Jan. 6. I stayed and listened to the president’s entire speech and then proceeded to walk down to the Capitol.

While walking down there I heard what sounded like explosions, flashbang grenades going off. When I got to the Capitol there were no barricades at the street so I was able to walk right onto the property and up to a set of barricades that after a few minutes law enforcement / DC Metro and Capitol Police moved aside and waved us up to the building.

The assault charge that I was blackmailed into taking a plea bargain for took place on a stairway. I tried to go up a stairway and was attacked by a bunch of US capital police and DC Metro. I was sprayed with mace thrown down the stairs and under a dog pile of cops. Thanks to some help from fellow patriots in the crowd, the cops were removed from on top of me and I was led to a safer location where I could wash my eyes out.

I later entered the Capitol building through the Senate parliamentarian door which was wide open with lots of people walking in and out. I was able to casually walk inside. Once inside the building I walked around briefly and then went into an office and kick my feet up on the desk to chill out for a few minutes. The day was epic but also exhausting. All the explosions, the flash bang grenades the stun grenades the rubber bullets, being hosed down with mace/ bear spray all day. There was another dude in there that apparently had the same idea that I did. That is until a SWAT team of US Capitol Police ran in with AR-15s and told us we had to leave. So we did.

Once I got back to my hotel room and seen footage of the Capitol riot literally on every single station non stop And I seen how they were spinning the narrative, I realized that the whole thing was a setup. The election was riddled with fraud and they had to stage a fake insurrection so that they could certify a fraudulent election, which is exactly what they did. Being arrested and denied bond wrecked my life and cost me literally every single thing that I owned. All my possessions, house, car, job, dog — even relationships with friends, family, and business. And then there’s the mental toll that being a political prisoner / hostage has on you.

So I’m back in my home state of Texas and I am dealing with all of this fairly well I would say. But some things have not gone my way here and there, and I have gotten behind on my finances. Bills and rent have piled up and I’m on the verge of becoming homeless. I have got to get all caught up on everything but I’ve come to realize I can’t do it on my own. I work as much as I possibly can, but can’t seem to do enough to get out in front of the debt. Rent and bills just come in too fast and pile up. I need help.

I would like to thank anyone in advance for your generosity and willingness to help. May God bless you all, and may God bless America 🇺🇲
