Steiner was indicted 5/27/22. He was ordered released on personal recognizance on 6/7/22. Pretrial Conference set for 2/3/2022 at 2:00 PM in Courtroom 15 before Judge Royce C. Lamberth. On 12/7, he plead guilty to count 4. On 3/23/23, he was sentenced to 30 days of incarceration with 36 months of probation. In addition, he was ordered to pay a $500 fine, $500 in restitution and a $10 special assessment.
