DC Judge Dismisses Junk Lawsuit Against Rep. Mo Brooks for Provoking Jan. 6 Riot for Speaking to Hundreds of Thousands of Trump Supporters at the Ellipse That Day

DC District Judge Amit Mehta, an Obama-appointed judge, dismissed the bogus charges against Rep. Mo Brooks for provoking the January 6 riot on Capitol Hill.

Mo Brooks gave a talk earlier in the day at the Ellipse to approximately one million Trump supporters who came to Washington DC to support their president.

The Left filed charges against Brooks for giving a speech. This is the evil we are up against.

President Tump is the only one left listed on the lawsuit.
Far-left Judge Mehta will push the Trump harassment case forward.

AL.com reported:

The final step has been taken in removing U.S. Rep. Mo Brooks from a federal lawsuit alleging he played a role in the siege of the U.S. Capitol 14 months ago by pro-Trump supporters.

The judge in the case, U.S. District Judge Mehta Amit, entered his order Wednesday dismissing all claims against Brooks. The dismissal comes almost three weeks after the judge said he would drop Brooks from the lawsuit pending Brooks’ filing of a motion to dismiss.

The ruling also comes less than 24 hours after the suit’s plaintiff, U.S. Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., filed a memo objecting to Brooks being dropped from the case.

Brooks had been a co-defendant with former President Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr. and Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani. All defendants except the former president have been dismissed from the case.
