Case Status

On 2/23/22, Morrissey plead guilty to count 4. On 8/16/22, he was sentenced to 45 months incarceration and 36 months probation with a fine of $2,500, restitution of $500, and a special assessment of $10. On 8/23/22, an appeal was filed. Morrissey was released on bond while the appeal is in process. A resentencing is scheduled for 4/10/24 at 2pm, virtually.
