The is seen walking through the building with the crowd. However, it doesn’t appear he engaged in violence.

Case Status

Cunningham was arrested on 8/31. He appeared in court on 9/7. During a 10/14 arraignment, he pleaded not guilty to all counts. On 02/15/2022, a plea agreement hearing was held in which Cunningham pleaded guilty to Count 4: Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building. Sentencing is set for 6/27/2022 at 10:00 AM before Judge Rudolph Contreras. Remains on personal recognizance.
