Ivey was arrested on 3/04/2021. He pleaded not guilty to all counts. On 6/22 during a plea agreement, he pleaded guilty to count 4. Sentencing re-set for 12/7/21. Video Sentencing held before Judge Christopher R. Cooper on 3/30/2022, sentenced to a term of 36 months (three years) of Probation. Defendant further ordered to a pay a $10 special assessment and $500 in restitution. The Government's oral to dismiss the remaining counts (1-3) of the information is granted. There was a probation status hearing on 7/18/23, and he was ordered to continue on probation.
